Beginners writing workshop – at the beginners writing workshop, you’ll get a taste of what it feels like to live the writer’s life. Plus, the program helps participants improve your writing skills as a beginner. Grammar refresher – this workshop will help you get a much better grasp of English grammar. Maybe you just need a refresher course, or maybe you need to learn grammar for the first time. Whatever your goals, just know that this is the right course to take.

Effective business writing – if you’re looking to take your business to the next level, one way to do that is to become more effective in business writing. This course will help teach you how to draw people in, keep them entertained, and also get them excited about the information you share.

There are a number of other adult programs that take place in person, not behind up computer screen. A few of our personal favorites include:

Table tennis – the table tennis program is great because it provides the means and equipment for young people and adults to play table tennis in a competitive way. This great program is perfect for anyone looking to improve their game skills and knowledge in a safe and comfortable environment. You must be 18 years of age or older to play, and they meet on Saturdays from 10 AM to 2 PM in the Ohlone Center.

Zumba – if you’re looking for a place to go to get a great workout and think Zumba looks exciting and new, then you’re in luck because this may be the perfect workout to meet your needs. Classes go all summer long in the Ohlone Center. They take place every Wednesday from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Remember to bring your workout gear because you’re in for a fun, exciting, fitness party every Wednesday.

Karate – if you’re looking to learn karate as an adult, you can do so at the Ohlone Center during the summer on Tuesday nights between 8 PM and 9 PM. Not only are you going to learn karate, you’ll also get a great cardio workout, strengthen your core muscles, and improve your mental focus all at the same time. There are so many wonderful things going on in Hercules, California during the summer from the Parks and Recreation’s department. They have a wide range of available programs for young adults and teens. These safe, nurturing programs are perfect for youngsters looking to get out of the house, get some exercise and fresh air, be with their friends, and have a healthy and active summer.

There are a wide range of options to choose from. We’re going to share our absolute favorites with you right now. They are:

Open gym basketball/volleyball – this should sound pretty self-explanatory, but if you need a further explanation, you’re able to go down to the community center every Monday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 4:30 PM, and every Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 3:30 PM. The gym is open to anyone at this time to play basketball and volleyball. You do not need to be a particular skill level or age. All are welcome.

AOSL Youth Volleyball League – this is a special program hosted by the All Out Volleyball Academy. This youth volleyball program is committed to helping teens have a safe, fun, and exciting summer playing volleyball. Anyone from ages 8 to 16 can play in this volleyball league. The program teaches, trains, and gives youngsters the opportunity to play in actual volleyball games to get real-world experience.

For the little ones age six and under, the parks and rec department in Hercules also have lots of fun and exciting things for the young kids to do. Skyhawks Mommy/Daddy & Me Tot Sports – this program for tots gives the young kids exposure to a number of different sports that they can learn with their mommy and daddy. The structured environment lets little kids try soccer, basketball, and baseball for the first time.

Skyhawks Mini-Hawks Sports – similar to the program above, it gives young tots a chance to play basketball, baseball, and soccer for the first time. Except the parents do not have to get involved in this particular program. Conclusion
